WE INVITE PSYCHOLOGISTS, EDUCATORS AND TEACHERS
"Training for psychologists and school teachers on problems related to the abuse of new technologies among children and adolescents in 2024."
The training includes workshops and lectures, lasting 29 teaching hours. The classes will consist a 9-hour online lecture part and a two-day: onsite work shop
Online lectures (9 hours):
- Behavioral addictions among children and adolescents,
- Problematic use of new digital technologies among children and adolescents - epidemiology and key psychosocial correlates,
- Screening tools and techniques for identifying problematic use of new digital technologies,
- Prevention strategies for problematic use of new digital technologies,
- Selected aspects of motivating children and their parents to change habits related to the use of digital technologies or seek therapy
- Stationary workshops (20 hours):
- Developing original preventive programs addressed for children and young people who have problems using new digital technologies,
- How to talk to a child/parent of a child who has problems using new digital technologies?
- How to support a child using the Internet?
- Work methods used to prevent problematic use of new digital technologies.
Requirements for participants:
- Completed application form -APPLICATION SURVEY
- Employment in a public institution.
- Profession: pedagogue, psychologist, teacher.
